Apply the CBD Muscle Balm liberally and gently massage over affected areas until completely absorbed. The formulation works well first thing in the morning and post-exercise to help you move freely, as well as in the evening to ease your muscles and joints after a long day.

Topical CBD products are absorbed through the skin into your system (transdermally), but do not enter the bloodstream. The Grass & Co. CBD Muscle Balm can be particularly effective. Massage into sore or stiff shoulders, neck and back. While the active CBD and botanical ingredients offer therapeutic benefits, the rich texture nourishes your skin and the uplifting aromatic scent boosts your mood.

For best results, maintain your Grass & Co. CBD Muscle Balm routine at least once a day.
